Langkah membuat Korean yangnyeom spicy chicken
- Bersih kan ayam,Lap ayam dg menggunakan kitchen paper.
- Gunting bagian tengah ayam sampaii terlihat tulang.
- Ayam masukan kedalam bowl taburkan garam dan lada,parutan jahe lalu aduk remas hingga rata.
- Lalu taburkan tepung mayzena remas aduk rata lagi.
- Panaskan dalam wajan kecil minyak sayur, dalam suhu 170 derejat (api sedang), lalu masukan no 4.
- Sambil bere warna kematangan angkat dan tiriakan.
- Masukan ke dalam teflon gula, air, mirin,cuka,syouyu, bawang putih ulek, Gochujang, masak dg api sedang.
- Aduk rata.
- Masukan ayam,aduk rata angkat.
- Sajikan dg daun salad ๐ฅ.
- Dalam hitungan detik ayam nya habis ๐คคjangan Heran ya, di tunggu photo recook nya ๐๐๐.
