- Cuci ayam hingga bersih lalu balurkan semua bumbu ayam dan ditambahkan air sedikit. Diamkan, tutup dan masukkan ke dalam kulkas selama 30 menit.
- Setelah ayam didiamkan, balurkan ke tepung maizena (pastikan air rendaman tidak ikut tercampur). Lalu goreng dengan api kecil hingga warna berubah keemasan. Di korea teknik menggoreng ayam dengan api kecil berfungsi agar daging matang. Setelah itu dinginkan dan digoreng lagi sebentar dengan api besar, agar ayam lebih krispi (deep fried).
- Untuk saus pedas, tumis hingga wangi bawang merah, bawang putih, dan jahe dengan api kecil. Lalu masukkan semua bahan lainnya. Diaduk rata hingga matang. Hati-hati jangan sampai saus gosong. Setelah matang masukkan semua ayam yang telah digoreng tadi. Diaduk rata.
